The wireless industry bets on you not knowing how to play the game. We put the winning playbook in your hands.

It all begins with a
cell tower proposal.

Cell tower developers and the wireless industry are aggressively deploying cell towers and wireless antennas smack in the middle of residential neighborhoods, next to schools, along scenic byways, and even in fragile ecological areas. Meanwhile, less intrusive, technologically feasible alternatives to ugly and intrusive towers almost always exist.

  • Founder

Robert is a New York and New Jersey-licensed attorney who has been practicing law for 42 years. Robert graduated cum laude from Amherst College in 1979. He then received his JD and MBA from the University of Chicago Law School in 1983.

Inspired by his daughter’s passion for the responsible siting of wireless telecommunications equipment, Robert has dedicated his practice to primarily protecting residents and municipalities from reckless cell tower projects.

  • Of-Counsel

Zoe is Robert’s daughter. She is an Oklahoma-licensed attorney who received her BA from Barnard College, Columbia University in 2018 and her JD from Tulane Law School in 2024.

Following her graduation from Barnard, Zoe worked full-time at Grassroots Environmental Education (“GEE”), a small, Long Island-based non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about environmental toxicants. During her time at GEE, Zoe helped establish and led a branch of GEE called Americans for Responsible Technology (“ART”). During her time with GEE/ART, Zoe quickly developed a passion for social movement building, campaign building, and challenging the irresponsible deployment of wireless telecommunications infrastructure. Recognizing that there is a significant gap in public and legislative awareness regarding the health and environmental effects of wireless radiation exposure, Zoe aspires to be a catalyst for positive change in the telecommunications sector.
