Our Services

Our mission is to protect communities from unnecessary or poorly placed wireless telecommunications facilities. We help residents, neighborhoods, neighborhood associations, and municipalities challenge ill-conceived cell tower proposals, strengthen local cell tower siting laws, and fight state and federal telecommunications bills that erode local control over the placement of telecommunications equipment.

Cell Tower Siting Issues

We represent homeowners, homeowners associations, neighborhood groups, and organizations to stop cell towers and other wireless telecommunications equipment from being installed in places where they don’t belong (e.g., near homes, schools, and sensitive ecological areas).

Muncipal Consulting

We work with municipalities to strengthen their local telecommunications ordinances, giving local decision-makers the tools and knowledge they need to preserve control over where and how wireless telecommunications projects get approved.

Government Relations

We stand in strong opposition to existing and proposed state and federal telecom laws that erode local authority over the siting of wireless telecommunications equipment. Local decision-makers are on the front lines of their communities, and as such, are best equipped to ensure that wireless equipment is sited responsibly, safely, and in a way that protects sensitive environments and community character.

Wireless infrastructure should be deployed in a way that meets connectivity needs without sacrificing public health, environmental integrity, and community character.
